When running in, the load shall not exceed 80% of the rated load mass; After driving at a moderate speed of about 150 km, pay attention to the temperature of the bearing and wheel hub, and check whether the fasteners such as leaf spring and wheel are tightened. Tighten these parts once every 40 km or so, and then use them normally after three times.

Fourth, pay attention to check whether the brake is hot, whether there is abnormal smell, whether the trailer running device is offset, etc. When the trailer is running, stop immediately to check and eliminate any abnormal phenomenon.

Fifth, when the carriage is loaded with hard and heavy objects such as stones and ironware, it should be handled with care to avoid damaging the trailer carriage; When transporting firewood and other materials, ropes shall be used to bind them, and the trailer carriage buckle shall be locked.

Sixth, the unit shall start smoothly. Do not put your foot on the brake pedal during driving, and try to reduce emergency braking.

Seventh, check the tire bearing clearance after every 500 hours of operation. During inspection, jack up the carriage and pull the wheels without obvious shaking; If there is obvious shaking, it should be adjusted. The method is to remove the bearing cover, screw the shaft head groove nut to the end, and then return it for 1/6 turn. At this time, the bearing clearance is about 0.25 mm.
